What to work toward
Use the initial blue, yellow and pink opportunities to make progress around the outside. Save room for the different phase that begins when interior red and purple groups become accessible.
The moment to check
For a duplicate color, identify the exact passenger segment it would serve now. An earlier successful match does not validate every later vehicle of that color.
If the queue stalls
If opening a bottom-row vehicle crowds the bays, compare the remaining outer arms with the video. You may still need an outside departure before working deeper.
