The moment to check
Before sending a duplicate, inspect the numbered vehicles and the route through the center. A bay may be more valuable for the vehicle that opens the next lane.
If the queue stalls
If traffic stops with a numbered blocker still trapped, compare that lane with the source video. Adding more of the dominant ring color may not address the obstruction.
