What to work toward
Use the earlier purple, green and orange work to create room around the yellow arc. Resist treating the abundance of yellow vehicles as an instruction to dispatch several together.
The moment to check
Before selecting another yellow bus, inspect the blue-and-cyan center and the space needed to serve it.
If the queue stalls
If the center is inaccessible while yellow occupies several bays, return to the first yellow decision. Compare the passenger progress before repeating that color.
