What to work toward
Track the short connectors as access gates. The early brown, blue and orange jobs should lead into the next links, rather than merely reduce the visible bus count.
The moment to check
When a large arc clears, inspect both ends of the adjacent connector. Yellow or green may become useful at a precise transition.
If the queue stalls
If a duplicate bus remains idle, check whether its arc is still separated by a connector. Matching the large arc’s color is not enough to open that link.
