Treat the yard as three queues
The bus field has an upper row, a central stack and a lower row.
What to work toward
Work out which band of vehicles the current departure unlocks. The right-hand orange opening begins that process, but it does not make the central stack immediately useful.
The moment to check
Check the exit of a middle vehicle before choosing it. A clearly visible body can still have another bus sitting in its path.
If the queue stalls
If a center color is waiting without progress, compare the fork and yard band in the video. You may have moved inward before the appropriate branch cleared.
